Licensed Marriage Family Therapist


 

Bill Hayes is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist.   He received his bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and a master’s degree from University of Tennessee.  He then also earned another masters degree in theology from Dallas Theological Seminary.  Bill served for 5 years as a missionary in Cote d’Ivoire, West Africa.  He completed his doctoral studies at Fuller Theological Seminary. He lives in Charlotte with his wife Bonnie and they have 4 adult children.  As a therapist, Bill wants to help people find Jesus, learn to follow Him, appropriate His healing, and live in His presence moment by moment.

Lance is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of North Carolina and works with individuals, couples, and families. He also conducts workshops and seminars.

Lance earned a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary-Charlotte where he is currently the Associate Director of Counseling Programs.

Lance has served in three local churches as an associate pastor overseeing various youth, men, and marriage ministries.  Before seminary and pastoral ministry he was an electronic engineer working in Santa Clara, CA.

Lance currently lives in Pineville, NC with his wife Rachel of 20 years, along with their two sons, and twin daughters.  His interests include having dinner out with his wife, playing with his children, having a bagel & coffee with a friend, and when time allows working with wood and participating in various sports.

Ann Noonan is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a native North Carolinian.  She carries a full caseload including individuals of all ages, couples and families.  Ann also supervises Masters level counselors for licensure in North Carolina.  In 1998, Ann founded Agapé Christian Counseling.  There are currently six counselors, three interns and three support staff.  In 2003, Ann also founded Agapé Creative Ministries, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation with the purpose of bringing Biblically integrated psychotherapy to underserved populations.

She is a former President of Carolinas Christian Counselors’ Fellowship and has served on the Charlotte/Mecklenburg Domestic Violence Advisory Board.  She holds Masters Degrees from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in Special Education and the State University of New York in Counselor Education.  Ann has experience working with abused adults and adolescents as well as other life issues.  She has authored chapters in three books, Healing the Children of War, Children Affected by HIV/AIDS, and Sexually Exploited Children.  She is a seminar, workshop and conference speaker.

Ann and her husband live in Charlotte, North Carolina.  They have three adult married children.
