Ruthie Borrelli, BA, Clinical Intern
Ruthie Borrelli, BA will be serving as Agapé’s clinical intern for the spring 2018 semester. She is in her last semester at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary where she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Christian Counseling. Ruthie completed her Bachelors of Arts at the University of Georgia where she majored in English. Prior to starting graduate studies, Ruthie worked in marketing.
Ruthie enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. She has received training in Motivational Interviewing. She recently finished a two-rotation internship with Carolinas Care Partners of Greater Mecklenburg in the Integrated Care Training Program. There she worked alongside healthcare providers to provide mental health services at a community health clinic.
In her free time, Ruthie enjoys walks with friends, reading for pleasure, cooking, and being active. She grew up in Atlanta but moved to Charlotte after living in D.C. for 3 years.
Ruthie will begin seeing clients on January 16th, 2018.
